We maintain professional indemnity insurance to cover our service delivery. You agree to provide all necessary access, information, and cooperation to enable us to perform our services effectively and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Emergency services, where offered, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees, which will be communicated at the time of request.
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service delivery if, in our professional judgement, it would result in non-compliance with health, safety, or environmental regulations.

SECTION 6 – HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for ensuring that personnel attending training meet any prerequisite requirements and for maintaining compliance with ongoing certification obligations.
